  8. WorldMerge is a Windows-based electronic mail merge client application.
  9. It allows you to send customized e-mail messages to a large number of 
  10. recipients with the click of a button.

  12. WorldMerge version 1.6 is a 16-bit application that runs on Windows 3.1.
  13. A 32-bit Windows 95/Windows NT version is also available.  See our web

  24. Software Installation
  25. ---------------------
  26.  
  27. Create a directory on your hard disk called "C:\WORLDMRG".  Copy all 
  28. files on this disk to the WORLDMRG directory on your hard disk.  You
  29. can run WorldMerge by double-clicking WORLDMRG.EXE in file manager, 
  30. or you can create a program item in the program manager.

  33. Evaluation Version
  34. ------------------

  36. This is a fully functional unregistered version of WorldMerge which will
  37. expire in 30 days.  It may be used for evaluation purposes only.
  38. For registration information, select Register from the Help menu.

  40. The evaluation version prints out the following text at the end of every
  41. message:

  64. Some comma-delimited database files were not being handled correctly.  
  65. This has been corrected.

  68. Using WorldMerge
  69. ----------------
  70.  
  71. 1. Create a comma delimited or text delimited database file. The 
  72.    first entry must contain the field names. At release time, only 
  73.    Microsoft Access comma delimited and Sidekick tab delimited 
  74.    database files have been tested.
  75.    A test database file (testdb.txt) is supplied as an example.
  76. 2. Start WorldMerge and follow the Wizard.
  77. 3. Type in your email message, including database fields to be merged.
  78. 4. Select your recipients manually and/or by query.
  79. 5. Press send!

  101. BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT 
  102. AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  104. 1.  ColoradoSoft, Inc. ("ColoradoSoft") grants to you a non-exclusive, 
  105. non-sublicensable, license to use this version of the WorldMerge in binary 
  106. executable form for individual use only.

  108. 2.  While ColoradoSoft may intend to distribute new releases of the 
  109. Software, ColoradoSoft reserves the right at any time not to release a new 
  110. commercial release of the Software or, if released, to alter prices, 
  111. features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, 
  112. release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the 
  113. release.

  115. 3.  Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to 
  116. the Software shall remain in ColoradoSoft and/or its suppliers.  You 
  117. agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the 
  118. United States including, but not limited to, export control laws.  
  119. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a 
  120. confidential trade secret of ColoradoSoft and/or its suppliers and 
  121. therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, 
  122. decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the 
  123. extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.

  125. 4.  ColoradoSoft may terminate this License at any time by delivering 
  126. notice to you and you may terminate this License at any time by destroying 
  127. or erasing your copy of the Software.  This License is personal to you 
  128. and you agree not to assign your rights herein.  This License shall be 
  129. governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of 
  130. Colorado and, as to matters affecting copyrights, trademarks and patents, 
  131. by U.S. federal law.  This License sets forth the entire agreement between 
  132. you and ColoradoSoft.

  135. either expressed or implied. In no event shall ColoradoSoft Inc.
